Chase Me combines the magic of film with the wonder of 3D printing. This short film follows a ukelele-playing girl who is chased through a dark forest by the monster that emerges from her own shadow.
Chase Me is a story about embracing your fears, and turning them into something beautiful.
The project first began as a CG animated film, which was then 3D printed frame by frame. 2500 printed pieces was necessary to re-create the entire movie. The mise-en-scene was then recreated through stop-motion animation (15 frames per second) to produce the film’s final result.
